Arab Gulf Programme for Development Prize 2018

The Arab Gulf Programme for Development (AGFUND) is pleased to invite actors in development, namely the United Nations, international and regional organizations, ministries and public institutions, social business enterprises, national NGOs, individuals and all development actors, worldwide to nominate the projects that best contribute to achieving the first goal of the Sustainable Development Goals - SDGs 2030 "End of poverty in all its forms everywhere"

The AGFUND Prize amount is USD 1,000,000 divided into four categories as below:

• First category prize (USD 400,000), specified for projects implemented by UN agencies or international and regional NGOs.
• Second category prize (USD 300,000), specified for projects implemented national NGOs.
• Third category prize (USD 200,000), specified for projects implemented governmental bodies (ministries and public institutions) or social business enterprises.
• Fourth category prize (USD 100,000), specified for projects initiated, funded and/or implemented by individuals.
