South Asia Micro-entrepreneurs Network (SAMN) announces the second edition of the South Asian Regional Conference to be held in New Delhi on March 8-9, 2016. Microfinance Institutions Network (MFIN), the local SAMN member for India, is the host partner. The Prime Minister of India has been invited to be the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony on March 8, 2016.
Over 400 professionals and experts are expected to meet during the two days to highlight and address the challenges, innovations and opportunities in South Asia’s financial inclusion landscape. The SAMN Regional Conference will be attended by regional stakeholders including regional development banks, national stakeholders including regulators and policy makers, apex networks, MFIs, TA providers, researchers, investors, technology experts, bankers, telecom companies, insurance firms, and international stakeholders.
The conference will provide rich opportunities for cross learning, peer exchange and exploration of new ideas to achieve the collective goal of regional financial inclusion. Some of the panel discussions include:
