Recently, we were challenged by PWD about the deployment of SMART POS devices, which are totally inaccessible for the blind. The feature POS that had numbers were easier for them to maneuver than the smart devices. We have to be intentional and listen more to PWD to understand what works for them. JUst as there are physical access rails for buildings, we should create digital rails accessible for PWD.
