About the Job:
Women’s World Banking is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide a variety of administrative support duties: meeting/greeting visitors, answering telephone calls and assisting the Executive Leadership Team members with clerical support. The successful candidate will be energetic, customer service and detail orientated who enjoys making a difference and being part of a team that takes pride in their work.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Meets/greets visitors by determining their needs and contacting/directing them to the appropriate person(s).
Processes telephone calls by screening incoming calls, transferring calls to the appropriate people and taking/distributing telephone messages.
Provides clerical support to a five-member Executive Team by maintaining calendar/phone management, processing expense reports, handling travel arrangements, ensuring proper document management and coordinating donor communications as well as other support/projects as assigned.
Prepares meeting materials and assists with the development of PowerPoint presentations.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of experience in a reception/administrative role.
Strong interpersonal, customer service, organization, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills required.
Knowledge of office procedures and PC literacy (word processing, spreadsheet, Outlook) also required. SalesForce experience highly desirable.
Strong sense of urgency and creative problem solver
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
