Associate Regional Director (MFI), Francophone Africa

The microfinance associate regional director serves as the primary relationship manager for HOPE microfinance institutions within the francophone regions of Africa. This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership, oversight, management, and administration for all HOPE-managed MFIs in the region.

Under the umbrella of HOPE International’s mission and prevailing strategic plan, the associate RD will work with program management to develop and execute plans to fulfill HOPE’s objectives within the region through HOPE-managed and HOPE-partner MFIs. This will include providing oversight and support for all aspects of program management including (but not limited to) governance, annual planning, budgeting, monitoring & evaluation, program design, spiritual integration, HR & administration, quality assurance, risk management, and reporting. The associate RD will serve as the point person for communication and coordination between HOPE’s US office (CSU, Central Services Unit) and the field programs within the region.
