About the Job:
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Co-lead the Company's Enterprise Risk Management which encompasses Corporate Risks, Operational Risks, and Product and Investment related risks.
Elaboration of risk-related policies and procedures and its oversight.
Lead the internal valuations practice of private equity and private debt exposures.
Lead risk-related committees such as Investment Committees, Valuation Committees and Credit Review meetings.
At least five to eight years of experience in areas such as corporate finance, credit analysis, quantitative methods, equity valuation and macroeconomics.
Academic training in finance, economics or other quantitative fields.
Strong, pragmatic problem-solving mentality: independent mind with self-driven, hands-on working style and the ability to balance multiple deliverables.
Good communication skills and team player with a positive attitude.
Living and working experience in emerging markets are a plus.
Interest in responsAbility's special business model and impact investing.
