Finance and Administration Associate, WWB Asset Management
WWB Asset Management (WAM) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finance and Administration Associate to join a growing asset management team as employee number 1 of the new Finance and Administration department of WAM. The Associate will be responsible for fund accounting, cash flow management, compliance and administration functions for two private equity funds under management. WAM expects that with the establishment of additional funds under management, responsibilities will increase over time resulting in the growth of the department. Accounting experience is required with preference for private equity funds accounting. The Associate will have the option to work from home, with expectation for some in-person meetings, or from the office in New York City. The team will also consider candidates interested in a part-time structure covering the accounting and cash-flow management responsibilities.

It manages the Women’s World Banking impact investment program, including a co-managed $50M private equity fund, WWB Capital Partners, LP (“Fund I”), and a solely-managed $75M private equity fund, WWB Capital Partners II (“Fund II”).
