About the Job: 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct orientation sessions and classroom as well as on-the-job training for new hires on the various operational processes.
  • Develop and organize training manuals for class room training session.
  • Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
  • Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
  • Review and evaluate training programs for compliance with regulatory guidelines as well as internal policies.
  • Develop content, presentations, videos and support materials for the training programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Any graduate.
  • Five to10 years of experience in non-banking financial company (NBFC)/ microfinance institution (MFI) training domain.
  • Should have field exposure in microfinance operations.
  • Should be dynamic, flexible, adaptable, and dependable.
  • Very good communication and negotiating skills.
  • Very proficient in using MS Office with high proficiency in Excel.
  • In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles.
  • Proficient in speaking English, and regional language depending on location. Hindi speaking is preferable.
