About the Job:
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Conduct orientation sessions and classroom as well as on-the-job training for new hires on the various operational processes.
Develop and organize training manuals for class room training session.
Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Review and evaluate training programs for compliance with regulatory guidelines as well as internal policies.
Develop content, presentations, videos and support materials for the training programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
Five to10 years of experience in non-banking financial company (NBFC)/ microfinance institution (MFI) training domain.
Should have field exposure in microfinance operations.
Should be dynamic, flexible, adaptable, and dependable.
Very good communication and negotiating skills.
Very proficient in using MS Office with high proficiency in Excel.
In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles.
Proficient in speaking English, and regional language depending on location. Hindi speaking is preferable.
