NCBA CLUSA is recruiting a Project Director for an anticipated USAID-funded opportunity in Guatemala. The potential opportunity will focus on improving access and utilization of financial services, financial literacy capacity building of smallholder farmers (SHFs), medium and small enterprises (MSMEs), women, youth and indigenous and social minorities in Western Highlands and Verapaces, mobilizing capital for rural financial inclusion in alignment with USAID Guatemala strategic objectives to decrease migration, addressing inequalities and foster partnerships with local organizations.
The Project Director (PD) will be responsible for directing technical, operational, financial, and administrative aspects of the project. S/He will coordinate with NCBA CLUSA Cooperative Development Program Guatemala Director and Country representative and USAID in the development, implementation, and reporting of the project. The PD will ensure high-quality program implementation in accordance with NCBA CLUSA’s international program management standards and technical approach and principles.
