Relationship Manager
Altum Credo Home Finance is looking for women candidates with 0–3 years of experience in sales, financial services, housing finance, LAP, insurance, microfinance, or customer relationship management to join the organization across multiple locations in India.
The Housing Finance Relationship Manager is a relationship-driven field role focused on helping families access affordable home loans responsibly and confidently.
This is not only a sales role. It is a community-facing advisory role where you will:
- Build trust with customers and local communities
- Support families through the home loan application process
- Guide customers on documentation and repayment planning
- Build long-term customer and referral relationships
- Contribute to expanding home ownership, especially among women borrowers
You will manage the customer journey from lead generation and onboarding to loan disbursement and ongoing relationship management.
