About the Job: 

Women’s World Banking is seeking an experienced individual consultant on a retainer basis to deliver select content for the organization's suite of global, regional and in-house leadership and diversity programs.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

The consultant will deliver dynamic, high-impact content to financial inclusion leaders and high potentials from around the globe. The consultant has content design, delivery and facilitation skills with particular expertise in the areas of:

  • Executive leadership development.
  • Women’s leadership.
  • Inclusion and diversity.
  • Development of high-potential talent.
  • Support for team effectiveness and development.

Qualifications:

  • 10 or more years of experience designing and delivering dynamic and effective training sessions for audiences including high-potentials, senior managers and executives.
  • Excellent facilitation skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and ability to flex in the classroom to meet emerging needs of learners.
  • Content/curriculum development, including knowledge of latest research methodologies and practices related to leadership development.
  • Expertise linking leadership competencies to business outcomes.
  • Comfort delivering own content and/or existing Women's World Banking content.
  • Consultant can be based anywhere; If US-based, consultant must have a LLC.
  • Preferred:
    • Work with global audience, emerging markets.
    • Knowledge of finance sector, financial inclusion and social impact.
    • Experience as an internal or external leadership coach.
