Specialist, Learning & Insights
Women’s World Banking is seeking a highly motivated individual to drive organizational learning. The position will work across business lines to capture and share meaningful programmatic and operational insights that will strengthen performance and impact. He/she will also manage an internal Learning & Insights committee, and contribute to developing a Women’s World Banking ‘point of view’.
Insights & Performance Management Team:
This position will be part of a new team within Women’s World Banking that seeks to utilize insights to drive performance and impact, through three key functions:
- Monitor: Assessing program and operational effectiveness & efficiency and measuring results.
- Learn: Capturing and sharing lessons and insights.
- Improve: Establishing and operationalizing best practices, methodologies and tools.
As a shared service, the Insights & Performance Management team will work across business lines to drive performance.
