About the Job:
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Scheduling training sessions.
Management of soft and technical service aspects for the smooth running of the training sessions.
Ensuring that all technical services are running uninterrupted during the training sessions.
Ensure documentation of training and responsible to maintain training records.
Training assessment management.
Learning Management System reports for all the departments.
Recording classroom sessions and making it available for reference.
Publishing and maintaining weekly training calendar for all the departments.
Digital training resource management.
Creating common training folders, files structure and access.
Maintain training room and inventory (flip charts, writing board, stationary etc.).
Training hand-off report for all departments training and managing various reports.
Collecting, compiling and maintaining operational data/information on action items, matters requiring follow-up, and providing status to the training head.
Coordinating with external trainers and other internal departments such as HR & admin, IT, and operations.
One to two years of experience in training coordination.
Proven ability to influence and build strong working relations within an organization.
Should be dynamic, flexible, adaptable, and dependable.
Very good communication and negotiating skills.
Very proficient in using MS Office with high proficiency in Excel.
