CGAP Seeks Partners for Microfinance Digitization Community of Practice

CGAP is seeking microfinance institutions (MFIs) to join its new MFI Digitization Community of Practice (CoP) to collaborate on digitization efforts and add value to micro and small enterprise (MSE) finance.

The CoP seeks to identify the fundamentals for building value with digital implementations, based on an evidence-based examination of current practice, and will focus mainly on how to drive customer adoption in digital implementations, such as through different channels and credit automation. Participants will gain insights from analyzing real world cases of customer adoption of digital channels and products. They will also get a better understanding of how to improve their efforts to create value for their customers and their organization.
