To mark the launch of BAHAA Impact Consulting Ltd. and in line with its commitment to advancing financial inclusion and institutional excellence, the firm is introducing its largest Corporate Social Responsibility initiative to date.

One microfinance institution (MFI) from the Arab region
Each selected institution will receive a comprehensive, end-to-end Project Management Office (PMO) establishment program delivered by the firm’s international consulting team. The support package includes:
PMO design or redesign
Development of frameworks, tools, and governance structures.
Capacity building for PMO functions.
Implementation roadmap and performance systems.
Evaluation and alignment with institutional strategy.
This initiative aims to strengthen the microfinance sector and contribute to broader financial inclusion efforts.
