Take the Survey on Barriers and Opportunities for Women's Financial Inclusion

Women’s World Banking is a global nonprofit dedicated to empowering women through financial inclusion. The organization works with financial institutions, policymakers, and other stakeholders to create innovative solutions tailored to women's unique needs.

As part of it's efforts, Women’s World Banking is conducting research to understand the barriers and opportunities financial institutions face in deploying products and services that cater to diverse customer needs. This survey aims to gather insights from FSPs on the challenges and opportunities they encounter in offering diverse, inclusive products, and services. Your responses will help Women’s World Banking analyze these challenges, identify opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations. The results from this study are hoped to guide the development of future solutions for financial institutions.

The survey takes less than 20 minutes to complete. To participate, you must be an employee of a financial services provider (FSP) with operations in at least one of the following countries: Bangladesh, Cambodia, Colombia, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Kenya, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Senegal, Tanzania, Uganda, or Vietnam. *Survey is not open to participants in the United States.
