FinDev Gateway is CGAP’s independent knowledge-sharing platform where close to 2,000 organizations share their research, news, events and jobs with the global financial inclusion community.

We encourage all of our users to share their knowledge, lessons learned and ideas with the rest of the community. Publishing with us is free and to make it easier we no longer require you to have an account with us to be able to share.

What you can publish on FinDev Gateway

Post a Publication FinDev accepts original work from both organizations and individuals in our publications library.

Post an Event Include your event on FinDev's extensive calendar of in-person and online trainings and events on microfinance and financial inclusion.

Post News You can share major news and announcements about your organization with the global microfinance and financial inclusion community.

Post a Job Reach the best candidates for your position by posting your organization's opportunities on FinDev Gateway's job listing page.

SHARE A DATASET We don't host data, but we maintain a listing of key datasets on financial inclusion and can work with you to feature your data on FinDev Gateway.

The content must relate to financial services for the poor, microfinance and financial inclusion. Before you submit any content, review our list of topics to make sure that your content is relevant and consult the FinDev Guidelines for Content Submission to ensure that your content meets the minimum quality standards.

What happens when you send us your content?

The FinDev editorial team reviews all content submitted to FinDev Gateway before publishing. Our review process aims to ensure that all the content we publish on the site is relevant for our community of global financial inclusion practitioners, and meets minimum quality standards. We will follow up with you if we have any questions about your submission.

See FinDev Guidelines for Content Submission >>

If your submission meets our criteria, we will publish it within three to five business days. We usually edit the submission to standardize the formatting and to include all relevant information. You will receive an email notification once your content has been published.

If your submission does not meet our criteria and we are unable to publish it, we will respond to you by email to let you know and explain why. We are always happy to answer any questions, to help you to prepare your content for publication on FinDev Gateway.
