The Program is an innovative capacity-building program that engages policymakers with the goal of providing policymakers with the necessary skills to design, implement and evaluate sound and innovative financial inclusion policies.

The Fellowship is a nine-month certificate program that begins with a series of online modules and assignments, two-week residency program, a final working session and graduation held in conjunction with the Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI) Global Policy Forum.
