Survey of African financial institution executives on their expectations post pandemic

This report presents the results of a survey conducted with the executives of microfinance institutions based in Africa to know their expectations for 2021 in light of what happened in 2020 and the impact of COVID-19 on their activities. Even though there are nuances by country regarding the impact of the crisis, the responses indicate that a prudent attitude is being maintained with regards to next twelve months.
