A Market Study on the Adoption of Digital Financial Services in Jordan

This study aims to investigate the general attitude towards the adoption of digital solutions in making everyday financial transactions instead of traditional methods. The goal is to measure awareness and usage of various digital services currently offered by financial institutions as well as intentions for future use.

The study also highlights opportunities to bridge the gap between financially included and financially excluded individuals in the community and uncover the primary triggers and barriers for future adoption of digital services.
