Financial Inclusion Compass 2026
The Financial Inclusion Compass 2026, e-MFP’s annual survey of the global financial inclusion community, takes the pulse of the financial inclusion sector, drawing on responses from 182 stakeholders across 55 countries to explore the trends, challenges and priorities shaping the sector. The eighth edition examines a changing funding landscape, the opportunities and risks associated with artificial intelligence, emerging pressures around climate and resilience, and priorities over the coming decade. Rather than providing a census of the sector, the Compass captures the perspectives and perceptions of practitioners, providers, investors, policymakers, researchers and other stakeholders, highlighting areas of shared concern as well as differences in how the changing landscape is experienced across the sector.
