Awareness Workshop for the WE Finance Code Kenya Chapter

The WE Finance Code Kenya Chapter held an awareness workshop ahead of its official launch in October 2025. The  workshop introduces the global WE Finance Code initiative, led by the World Bank, which aims to expand financial access for women-led micro, small, and medium enterprises (WMSMEs) through leadership accountability, gender-disaggregated data, inclusive product design, and policy reform.

This workshop featured keynote addresses, global case studies, panel discussions, and breakout sessions on data, policy, and innovation. Participants also had the opportunity to connect with leaders from financial institutions, government, development partners, and women’s business associations.
