Business Planning With Projections in Microvision

This asynchronous online course is aimed primarily at decision-makers in microfinance institutions, such as financial and general managers. However, it can be followed by anyone interested in developing financial and social projections with the Microvision tool.

This is an eight week course, at the participant's pace, and requires an effort of four hours of work per week. The objective of the course is to help the participant to know and implement the tool, as well as to learn how to develop financial and social projections with Microvision.

At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

• Know Microvision and most of its functions.
• Use Microvision to make projections, develop scenarios, verify and interpret results.
• Make projections for their own MFI.
