POSTPONED: 2nd Annual Boulder Digital Transformation of Microfinance Institutions (DIGITAL) Program

COVID-19 Update:  In light of the COVID-19 situation and our global community’s health & safety, Boulder will be postponing the 2020 programs. Registrations will be transferred to the future program dates and updated information will be shared as soon as it becomes available.

Following a successful launch in 2019, the 2nd Annual Digital Transformation of Microfinance Institutions (DIGITAL) program will be held in Turin, Italy in English alongside the 26th Annual Boulder Microfinance Training (MFT) and the 6th Annual Rural and Agricultural Finance Program (RAFP).

The 2020 DIGITAL program will feature 11 elective courses delivered by world-renowned expert practitioners - Participants also have the opportunity to take one course from the MFT or RAFP.   The program will also feature The Boulder Master Class: New Financial Inclusion Paradigms, a dynamic round-table event designed and led by Boulder Institute’s President, Robert Christen.  With help from over a dozen experts in inclusive finance, Mr. Christen will guide participants in discussion and debate around industry trends, methods and approaches, lessons learned and other aspects of financial inclusion.

The Boulder DIGITAL program has been especially designed for microfinance managers and other financial inclusion professionals who are seeking effective strategies to digitize their institution or institutions they support. In this program, the participants will analyze potential risks, challenges, and opportunities that these new technologies present.  Courses will cover topics such as data management, business intelligence, product development, agile design, fraud, consumer protection, leadership, partnerships, regulation, and more.  Boulder team will help you select a set of courses that meet your needs and interests.
