Presentation of the Results of the Field Study

Grameen Crédit Agricole Foundation in partnership with CERISE+SPTF and the Financial Inclusion Equity Council (FIEC), two networks that bring together many field practitioners among their members, conducted a field study assessing the impact of the sharp reduction in international aid on the financial inclusion sector.

With responses from 86 organizations, including 79% financial service providers, from 56 countries, this study provides an enlightening assessment of the consequences of this sudden decrease. With the participation of some respondents, we will also be able to understand how the situation has evolved since the survey and what solutions have been implemented or are being considered.
