Filloreta Jusufi

Filloreta Jusufi is a consultant for IT projects within CGAP. She acts as a liaison between CGAP teams and the World Bank IT teams, by assisting with business analysis process, project planning, project managing, conducting quality assurance and providing direct IT support to the CGAP teams for the internal platforms, CGAP.org and FinDev Gateway websites. 

Filloreta has over seven years of professional experience across various IT projects in the public and private sector in Kosovo and the United States. Before joining the World Bank, she has worked in the position of Business Analyst, Project Manager, Web Developer, Software Developer and Technical Consultant within the technology and communications industry, providing and leading the implementation of digital solutions for international organizations, public institutions, NGOs and the private sector. In her spare time, Filloreta enjoys mentoring students designing their ideas towards a product or a service prototype. She contributed more than 450 hours of volunteer work between 2017 - 2019, involved in social impact projects. 

Filloreta has a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Dartmouth College and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Prishtina. She speaks Albanian (native).
