Philippe Ruellan is CGAP’s IT focal point. He leads IT projects (Web, CRM) and oversees the design and development of CGAP’s digital assets. He is also the administrator for the internal management information system platform.
Mr. Ruellan has over 15 years of professional experience on the interface of customer relations and web-based services. He spent most of his career at Canal+, France’s leading private TV company, where he was a project manager in the Online Business Unit. At Canal+, he worked on modernizing the company’s customer service functions through web platforms, smart TV applications, and other digital services. He also contributed to developing and implementing a new customer relationship management solution, which allowed the company to manage customer data and customer interactions more effectively.
Mr. Ruellan has a Master’s degree in International Marketing from Paris West University.
