Making Finance Work for Refugees: UGAFODE’s Journey in Serving Refugees and Host Communities in Uganda

UGAFODE aims to transform the economic and social lives of Ugandans through inclusive financial services. This brief  documents the experience of a few financial services providers (FSPs). The cases describe the actual decision-making process inside the FSPs as it evolves through the various “stages” of the journey to become inclusive of refugees and host communities.
