Risk Management, the Engine for Responsible Financial Inclusion

She brings over a decade of experience in financial services, providing direct technical assistance to over 25 banks and microfinance institutions in 15 countries. Most recently she co-authored a practical guide to developing a double-bottom-line risk management system applying RIM's graduation model.

Daniela works on Risk Management for Access Microfinance Holding AG. She leads a project to develop a Group Risk Management Framework. AccessHolding operates a network of commercial banks and MFIs in developing and transition countries with a target group focusing on micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. The Access Group currently comprises ten microfinance institutions with the aggregated assets of over 1 billion Euros.

Kevin is the Director of RIM and Risk Management Subject Matter Expert for Accion's Africa Board Fellowship Program. Previously, Kevin served as the Director of Advisory Services with MFX Solutions, leading capacity building work for over 30 MFIs and banks in Sub-Saharan Africa. Kevin has also served as Microfinance Technical Advisor for World Relief, overseeing their microfinance network globally. Kevin was also part of the SEEP Financial Services Working Group which developed Microfinance Reporting Standards. He has served on numerous MFI boards and has worked in more than 20 countries.

Aldo is the Executive Director of MicroFinanza Rating. He has carried out more than 200 rating and assessment missions in over 60 countries and chaired more than 300 rating committees. MicroFinanza Rating is a European-based rating agency with global outreach and qualified by various national and international authorities, including the EIB/EU and SMART Campaign. Aldo is a member of the SMART Campaign Certification Committee and a member of the Board of Directors of the Social Performance Task Force.
