This resource is part of AgriFin’s collection of loan product tools that help financial institutions tailor their loan products to the needs of agricultural clients. This document, prepared in 1951, is surprisingly instructive today as a basic guide to lending for farm production. It contains forms and worksheets useful for farmer customer analysis that could easily be converted into useful spreadsheets, along with banker checklists and useful advice that remains relevant.
