IFC and the Central Bank of Madagascar today announced a partnership to strengthen the country's public credit registry to improve credit reporting and increase access to finance for individuals and small businesses.

The overall program objective is to increase the productivity of the participating actors in the agricultural value chains particularly affected by climate change.

This very important commitment brings the duration of the advisory services provided by AFC to a total of nine years, with a total contract value of EUR 3.4 million.

Guidelines intended to provide guidance on how to overcome the current crisis, generally make financial services business more resilient and to sustain/grow in the new reality.
