Yasmin Bin-Humam

Yasmin Bin-Humam is a CGAP Financial Sector Specialist and also serves as focal point for CGAP’s gender research and mainstreaming. Four years ago she launched FinEquity, and continues to serve as its program manager. Prior to joining Yasmin, she developed indicators measuring women’s equality under the law and contributed to publications on legal barriers to women’s economic empowerment. Her early work experience spans the public, private, and non-governmental sectors. She has Juris Doctorate and Master’s degrees from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University.
