  • People are concerned about the accessibility and costs of financial services;
  • The regulation for microfinance operation is still in the process of being developed.

The report lists the following appropriate microfinance interventions:

  • Creating demand;
  • Developing outreach;
  • Accessing the market;
  • Promoting the system.
