This emergency ordinance released in October 2001 amends and supplements Law No. 101/1998 The National Bank of Romania Act.
The amendment lists five changes in the form of corrections and insertions to the earlier law. These corrections are as follows:
- Expansion of the title of article 3 to Article 3 co-operation with other authorities;
- Insertion of paragraph (5), (6), (7) and (8) after paragraph (4) of Article 3;
- Insertion of paragraph (3) under Article 26;
- Correction in the language of paragraph (2) of Article 55;
- Insertion of paragraph (3) and (4) under Article 55.
